Andrew "Bob" Holokrys

Andrew Holokrys peacefully went to heaven on Wednesday, December 08, 2021 with his loving wife Ginna and his three children, Robyn, Michelle and Thomas Holokrys. Andrew lived in the Poconos for the past 30 years after retiring from the New York City Police Department as a Sergeant. Andrew also served our country in the United States Army before his career as a police officer. He was an active member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Tannersville, Pennsylvania. Andrew was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in 2001 and fought a tremendous battle against all odds until his passing. Andrew will be remembered as a very kind soul and a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who he had known over the years. His intellect was another one of his many outstanding character and personal attributes. Visitation will be Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania on Sunday, December 12th from 2 to 5 PM. A mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 13, at Our Lady of Victory Church, at 10:00 am
